Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Processing time may vary by product, stock status, and order volume.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Most orders require preparation time before they are handed to the shipping carrier. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, warehouse workload, weekends, holidays, and destination.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be processed or shipped separately depending on stock location and logistics arrangement.

Please note: Processing time is different from delivery time. Delivery time begins after the package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by destination, shipping method, carrier capacity, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout or in shipping updates are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Some items, oversized products, high-demand products, or orders shipped to remote areas may require additional transit time.

  • Shipping time may vary during peak seasons and holidays.
  • Carrier scans may not update every day while a package is in transit.
  • Local weather, customs, and delivery route changes may affect delivery speed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will usually be sent by email or made available through the order status page. Please allow some time for the tracking number to become active after it is created.

STEP 1

Label Created

The carrier label is generated, but the package may not be scanned yet.

STEP 2

Accepted

The carrier receives the package and begins processing it.

STEP 3

In Transit

The package moves through carrier facilities toward the destination.

STEP 4

Delivered

The carrier marks the package as delivered to the shipping address.

Tracking delay: It can take 24–72 hours for tracking details to update after a shipping label is created.

Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to help update the address. Once a package has shipped, address changes may not be possible.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Apartment numbers, building names, and phone numbers may be required for successful delivery.
  • If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking page first. Packages can sometimes remain in transit without daily updates, especially during peak seasons or when moving between carrier facilities.

If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the package, please check your mailbox, front door, porch, building office, reception desk, neighbors, or other safe delivery areas first.

  • If the package still cannot be found, contact the carrier for delivery confirmation.
  • Then contact us with your order number, tracking number, and delivery issue details.
  • We will review the situation and help guide you through the next steps.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

Depending on your shipping destination, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or local charges required by your country or region.

These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are not controlled by our store. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or related charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Holiday and Peak Season Delays

Shipping and delivery may take longer during holidays, sales events, severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs delays, or other high-volume periods.

We recommend placing orders earlier during busy seasons to allow more time for processing and delivery.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on warehouse location, stock availability, item size, or carrier arrangement. In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Receiving one item first does not always mean the rest of the order is missing. Please check your tracking emails or order updates for additional shipment details.
